Everything was great from the outstanding service to the delicious food. The staff was welcoming. I had a big size and air-conditioned room with 2 single beds and TV, for example. The location was marvellous, just a short stroll away from Liv Superclub. I had excellent days staying at this trendy boutique hotel.

Convenient location just a stone's throw away from Park Mall and City Square, as well as Park Mall shopping center and various restaurants. Perfect spot for a quick tea or coffee fix at Cafe bai nearby! ☕

The place had a warm atmosphere. The room was neat with TV, 2 single beds, had a good night's sleep.

This hotel's location is convenient, with restaurants and bars within walking distance. The staff is friendly and the rooms are clean, with comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. The hotel offers a complimentary breakfast that may not be fancy, but it is sufficient. Additionally, there are plenty of amenities such as a mini fridge , water dispensers on each floor, and even live music in the restaurant at night.

The Wi-Fi connection is slow and requires multiple attempts to connect.

I recently stayed at the Big Hotel for a few nights during a business trip. The rates were cheaper compared to other strategically located hotels in the area. The hotel was beautifully decorated, both in the lobby and hallways, creating a unique and pleasant ambiance. The staff members were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, always taking care of our needs promptly. Additionally, everything we needed was conveniently nearby, such as malls, restaurants, bars, and even hospitals and clinics. it was a great stay worth the price paid!

Some perks during my stay were the free bottles of water and the complimentary buffet breakfast. Additionally, the location was very convenient as it was near a mall and many dining options.
